Ticket exchange

The change of the ticket is allowed until the date and time of departure of the booked ride upon payment of the fare difference in addition to a penalty of 5.00 euros.

Ticket refund

Ticket refunds are allowed up to:

24 hours before the date and time of departure of the booked ride without penalty.
