HOW DO I BOOK A TICKET?

You can book your ticket:

You can change your ticket by paying a fixed fee of € 5.00/ticket:

DO I HAVE A SEAT ASSIGNED?

On some of our lines, the seat is assigned and indicated on the ticket. You can choose it when purchasing your ticket.

HOW MUCH LUGGAGE MAY I CARRY WITH ME?

Your ticket guarantees you the transportation of one piece of hand luggage plus one piece of hold luggage, which must be marked with name and address, so that it can immediately be found among many.
In case you need to carry more luggage with you, you can add one piece against payment of a 2.00 € fee, subject to space availability.

MAY I TAKE FLUFFY WITH ME?

Your pet is welcome on our buses against payment of the ordinary rate with a 50% discount, rounded up to the nearest euro unit.

HOW CAN I PAY?

You can pay your ticket:

I HAVE TO CHANGE THE HOLDER’S NAME OF MY TICKET. HOW CAN I DO?

You can change the holder’s name of your ticket:

  • up to 15 minutes before the date and time of departure
  • by phone calling us on 0436.867350

I WANT TO ASK FOR A REFUND OF A TICKET. HOW CAN I DO IT?

You can request a refund for your ticket:

  • directly from the website or app
  • paying a fixed fee from 3.00 to 6.00 Euros per ticket

MAY I TAKE MY BIKE WITH ME?

Of course you can, provided that you inform us 24 hours prior to your departure date and we will ask you to pay the ordinary rate with a minimum of 5.00 Euros.
