The stages to travel together
Analysis
The analysis phase foresees on the one hand the evaluation of the structural conditions of the company analyzing its positioning and the mobility services that the surrounding area offers, with a look at the urban plan of sustainable mobility, where present, and on the other hand the assessment of the mode of movement, the needs of displacement and the propensity to change of employees.
Adoption
The adoption of the travel plan home – work is expected by 31 December each year.
The home – work travel plan must be submitted to the area mobility manager within 15 days of adoption.
Design
The design phase results from the cross-over of the data emerged from the analysis phase, allowing the drafting of the travel plan home – work.
Monitoring
The home – work travel plan is constantly monitored by the company mobility manager in relation to the effectiveness of the measures applied by evaluating the expected benefits of the measures applied.
The monitoring of the travel plan home-work is also developed through incentive strategies that can encourage employees to have virtuous behaviors that contribute to the achievement of the objectives of corporate mobility.
